It welds the orienting chains with spheres with diameter 4,5 pass 6
and 12 mm. , exclusively with a polyesther wire. Through a little shearing machine
built-in the machine itself, the spheres are cut at 3/4. The two edges are inserted into the place where they will have the fusion
treatment and pressed by the device of the machine, they are perfectly welded.
The machine has a built-in potentiometer adijusting the necessary heating, warranting so an excellent welding, in fact, the welded
sphere has a tearing resistance of about 15 Kgs.
