TERMOWELDING MACHINE.

This machine welds resin-bonded fabric for vertical curtains. Since it is easy to use, it is recommended for those who are beginning to assemble ver- tical curtains.

It is equipped with a Siemens computer which controls the following operations:

set-up and control of welding temperature (in degrees centigrade)

set-up of cooling time (in seconds),

set-up of number of fabric lengths to be welded.

It is possible to control any breakdowns on the display. The resin-bonded fabric lengths are cut and punched by means of a cutting unit operated by a press button. The machine is equip- ped with an aluminium millimetre rod, 4.4 m long with sliding hook to fix the fabric to be cut, said rod is either placed on a bench or supported by stands.

HEAT WELDER FOR RESINE-BONDED FABRICS FOR VERTICAL CURTAINS, WITH AUTOMATIC FEEDING OF FABRIC.

Machine to cut and weld resin-bonded fabrics, for vertical curtains. The stainless steel bench is equipped with an electronic precision motor for automatic feeding of the fabric at the established size. The welder is equipped with a Siemens minicomputer to set up the various processing operations and communicate any messages or anomalies.

It is possible to set up the following parameters with the computer:

 

1. welding temperature (in degrees centigrade), fabric cooling and cutting times, (in seconds) ;

2. number of fabric lengths to be produced;

3. length of fabric to be cut in millimetres;

4. "step" cycle for inclined vertical curtains.

Equipped with electronic control and maintenance of working temperature.
